Özet (EN)
Kemalism, which is considered the founding ideology of the Republic of Turkey, comes from the name of Atatürk, who organized the national struggle and then founded the Republic of Turkey with the victory of Liberation. Kemalism, consisting of Atatürk's ideas, rhetoric and actions, is an ideology that was largely created by the republican intellectuals after his death, due to Atatürk's failure to seek an ideology for the Turkish revolution and his early death. All the reforms and revolutions carried out from the proclamation of the Republic until the death of Atatürk have been based on the ideology of Kemalism. Kemalism has been interpreted and tried to be adopted by all factions in every period of Turkish political life. While the dose of Kemalism of the Turkish left was very high, Kemalism for the nationalist right meant to protect the memory of Ataturk and the ideology of nationalism, and for the center-right it was at a low dose by referring more to Ataturk and giving place to his discourses. In this study, the interpretations of Kemalism, which is considered to be the founding ideology of the Republic of Turkey, in the right and left factions have been analyzed comparatively. In this context, it has been concluded that Kemalism cannot be cost to a single segment and it has been found that Kemalism has more interpretations than its interpretations in the right and left sense. Key Words: Kemalism, Right and Left Kemalism, Kemalism
