Abstract (EN)

Performance management arranges a meausureble aim in adetermined period how much rate has to be closed according to expectedand directing process by making all arrangements.Performance management system is a result which is designatedstandarts the performance management with supported continual feedback .Remuneration system based on performance motivates the workers toworking well and motivates by aiming to develope their individual adequacy.It gives a message about the performance and adequacy is important. It isappropriated justly to reward the individual (workers) according to theiradequacy and performance because of these special features and theimportance on human sources ; this system is apart from the other allremuneration system based on performance .Revolving fund system is a system which the workers get thedetermined quantity from revolving fund income. It is a system kept ?whichprovides a doctor who deserves according to working quality with extrapayment system depend on performance from revolving fund.? in mind. Andevaulated the other workers according to hospital general performance point.But an unjust definition causes a fiction between the hospital workers(%69,7). Finally, the invention in our study supports the comment.The health personnel finds unjust this system because of both ofımbalance of fee rates between the doctors theirselves and doctors with theother workers(%81,3).
