Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, it is aimed that determined the problems of social workers who under the Ministry of Health working in the hospital in İstanbul, faced with in working area. Field research has been done to identify the problems determining. Data was created by using face-to-face interview questionnaire techniques in this field research. İt has been determined according to results of survey that social workers faced with problems depend on administration, patient, physical environment, social services and social welfare institutions, social security institutions and legal regulations.
