Evaluation of the E-nabiz information system by user within the scope of health information systems

The development of technology has led to developments in many areas. One of the areas that benefit the most from technology is the healthcare field. Thus, opportunities were provided for the development of health information systems. As the developments in the field of health increase, mobile health applications have started to increase. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the e-pulse application, which is one of the mobile health applications, from the point of view of citizens, and to make statistical analyzes with structural equation modeling. The sample of the research consists of 501 people in Istanbul. According to the results of the analysis, while facilitating conditions, harmony and trust affect the ease of use in perception positively, anxiety and time affect the ease of use in perception negatively. While facilitating conditions in E-pulse Information Systems, harmony, ease of use in time and perception affect the perceived benefit positively, anxiety and trust affect the perceived benefit negatively. Afterwards, it was concluded that the perceived usefulness and ease of use in perception affect the attitude negatively, the attitude intention positively, and the intention behavior negatively. In the light of these results, positive or negative evaluations of users regarding the e-pulse application are seen.
