Health workers and quality of life

The personnel working in health care institutions is given importance to the high quality in work life. Health services of quality to the quality of life of the employees must be high. The aim of this study is to determine the quality of life of those working in the health sector and the factors that affect life satisfaction . We have also examined the relationship between quality of life and health in quality of life. Difficulties faced by health workers, life has tried to put forward what they are affected . Consequently , some results were trying to achieve . Health agency workers in order to improve the quality of life and guiding corporate managers, the health sector is to carry out work to develop positively. In this study, health literature was made to differentiate the quality of life of its employees and has benefited from professional experience. Good to have a healthy life and quality of health workers, it will also positively affect the whole of society. Therefore, regulations should be developed with a positive quality of life for all of the fields that make up the establishment of a health policy that does not overlook the fact that the quality of life and health professionals .
