Abstract (EN)
The health sector is a sector which is in constant development and change. Although technological advances have facilitated the diagnosis and treatment of physical illness in healthcare workers is a social and psychological problems. In this study, the health sector of developing adverse health effects on workers, measures taken against these negative effects historian and methods were examined using scanning technology resources accordingly. Examined the historical process of the workers' health, the effects of changes made in order to protect employees were investigated. applicability were evaluated for health workers, created protective measures for different sectors. approach to the measures taken against employees for health workers, react and adapt to changes in the sector. Health care workers of physical, mental and social and directions on what to do to regain a safe working environment and taking necessary measures have been put forward solution-oriented advice. Remarkably in accidents at work and occupational diseases of health professionals assessments were carried out.
