Abstract (EN)
The quality of work life (QWL) is important for all employees but this importance is higher in terms of health professionals.The study focuses on evaluating health workers QWL and the factors affecting them and on the axis of employee satisfaction. In the study, the legislation was searched and the historian method was used. At the same time, occupational knowledge, experience and observations were frequently mentioned in the parts of the study which were studied especially in terms of health professionals. Eliminating healthcare workers problems related to the QWL and ensuring work-life balances are important for the quality and efficiency of the service provided. All elements that constitute the QWL should be carried out on the basis of work satisfaction that is far from the classical management style and studies to improve the QWL. Managers should also fulfill their responsibilities to provide organizational culture priorities through a modern and innovative lean management approach.
