With COVID-19 phobisy and health workers examination of extended relationships

People working in health institutions face the risk of being sick themselves during the treatment process of patients and while struggling with other epidemics. The disadvantage of the profession can negatively affect people's social lives. While healthcare professionals try to help others, they may suddenly be in need of help. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the fears experienced by healthcare professionals during the Covid-19 outbreak and the burnout they experienced in a different way. The expected result in the study is that there is a relationship between coronavirus-19 phobia and burnout. The findings obtained as a result of the research have also determined that there is a relationship between the burnout of healthcare workers and coronavirus phobias. Because burnout may have an effect on coronavirus-19 phobia and coronavirus-19 phobia on burnout, a correlation analysis was applied. When the same research was conducted within the sub-factors of the scales in the study, no relationship was found between only the depersonalization dimension and the social-psychological and personal success of coronavirus-19 phobia and the social-psychological sub-dimension of coronavirus-19 phobia. When the general averages of the scales were evaluated, because there was a relationship and a relationship was seen in other sub-dimensions, the expected result was obtained from the study, and it was possible to talk about the existence of a relationship between coronavirus-19 phobia and burnout in healthcare workers. Anova test was applied to determine whether the professional service time of the healthcare workers had an effect on the scales. The professional working hours of healthcare professionals were created on coronavirus phobia in a teaching teacher on burnout.
