It was concluded that there was a significant positive and weak correlation between the total score of ESAS and the total score of CSS-AF, and the sub-factor scores. Conclusion: It was observed that the communication skills of the physicians and FHWs working in Yalova province and its districts were above the medium level, and their emotional self-awareness was close to the average. It was concluded that when their emotional self-awareness increases, their communication skills will also increase. It was concluded that the communication skills of physicians and FHWs have improved well because they are in constant communication with people, and if they are aware of their own emotions, they can use these skills more effectively. It was thought that increasing studies on emotional self-awareness would contribute positively to the level of communication skills.
