Determination of perception of patient safety in health workers

Health services are carried out by health care workers. Health services that are labor intensive industry that requires intensive expertise currently being carried out with the goal of providing the best quality service to patients. Health care workers are obliged to bring the best quality and format rather than in terms of benefiting fully invested at the same time respecting the rights of patients and the service from the patient to patient safety and health care services close to the fulfillment of health services. Entering patient rights and patient safety in the field of health care and health care management literature in recent years in our country towards the implementation of the legislation on the basis of health institutions stand out as an issue that is intense efforts. Health workers rights and safety of patients and the quality of compliance by adopting providing healthcare services is an important step to increase the points. This study aims to determine the health workers how the perception of patient safety. In this regard, Antalya findings obtained by a survey conducted in the Training and Research Hospital has been evaluated in a descriptive way.
