Mobbing; employer, subordinate or colleagues to leave a single person or group in a way to be permanent, unethical behavior, the personality is damaged and is forced to resign spiritually. Many studies show that mobbing is widely used in health institutions as well as in all business areas. Job satisfaction is the duty and responsibility of the employee in the institution to make a sense of loyalty and willingness to do. In this study, the concept of mobbing and job satisfaction was taken into consideration and resource screening, data collection and questionnaire application technique were used to determine the situation in the health sector. Mobbing is seen in the health sector as well as in all sectors and it has negative effects on job satisfaction of health workers. In case of mobbing in the institutions, the job satisfaction of the employees is negatively affected. Gender, educational status and workplace are effective in the exposure of health workers to mobbing. Mobbing in working life not only affects the business life but also affects the family life and social life of the employees and turns into a social problem if no measures are taken.
