Organizational culture in health care workers in - job satisfaction relationship (Denizli in a public hospital, for example)

Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to search the relationship between summary organizational culture and job satisfaction and to find some solution. A public hospital is used in this research. A questionnaire is applied to 549 people who work in this area. A questionnaire is applied to willing midwife, nurses, health officer, health technician, doctors, professors and the other groups (biologist, pharmacist, dietitian, physiotherapist, and psychologist). A questionnaire becomes with three sections. In the first section there are meeting questions, second section is about organizational culture search and third is about job satisfaction questions. The reliability coefficient of organizational cultures scale is 0,943 and the reliability coefficient of job satisfaction is 0,894. The positive relationship is found between the organizational culture and job satisfaction of staff perceptions. It has been seen that most effective organizational perception is group work and the most effective of organizational culture is justice tendency for external and general satisfaction. Further the more educational level improves the more organizational culture and job satisfaction firm.
