Abstract (EN)
In this study, the relationship between perceived service quality and job satisfaction of health workers was examined. In addition, the relationships between the socio-demographic characteristics of health workers and perceived service quality and job satisfaction were also examined. As a data collection tool; Kang et al. (2002) used the scale of Job internal service quality tatmin developed by Servqual service quality scale and JDI (Job Description INDEX) scale to measure job satisfaction. These scales were translated into Turkish by the researcher and tested for meaning and understanding with the preliminary study. The data obtained from the surveys applied to 291 health workers were transferred to SPSS program; frequency, reliability, validity, correlation analysis, regression analysis, chi-square test were performed. As a result of the research, it was determined that the physical characteristics, reliability and enthusiasm dimensions which are the subdimensions of the perceived service quality of health workers have effects on job satisfaction. And also; that there is no relationship between social security, experience and gender characteristics of employees; It is concluded that there is a relationship between occupation and position characteristics and the quality of service they perceive. There was no relationship between the occupational and professional experience of the participants and their job satisfaction; social security, position and gender characteristics and job satisfaction.
