Abstract (EN)

The service consumed by the patients coming to the health institutions and the people who want to have their health checked rapidly changes with the expected service understanding. The expectation in this respect is to hope that a certain performance will be demonstrated in advance. Therefore, public and private health sector stakeholders should be aware of the expectation levels of all these patients and health care demanders in order to increase their existing potential and not to lose what they have, and focus on improving health services accordingly. At the same time, they should increase the motivation of employees in health institutions and organizations by increasing the level of job satisfaction and satisfaction. When these issues are taken into consideration, health and hospital managers who will use motivation and subjective well-being effectively are of great importance. Therefore, in the first part, information about management, health management, health services, hospitals and health institutions are given. In the second part, the concepts of motivation, motivation in management theories, methods of increasing motivation and incentive tools in motivation, customer satisfaction and service quality, customer satisfaction in health institutions are mentioned and the literature resources in this field are mentioned. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of subjective well-being of health workers on work motivation. For this purpose, in the third part, subjective well-being and subjective well-being factors are emphasized by being inspired by the researches on how well the health workers feel themselves in daily life and work environment.
