Abstract (EN)
Stress is a concept that we encounter every moment of our lives. People spend most of their time working for a majority inevitably are subject to stress. Of working life due to intense and competitive stress is a part of life. In this study, the stress levels of nurses working in the hospital environment on the level of communication was to determine the effect. In addition, the impact on business conditions of employees with different variables (gender, age, marital status, income level, education level) Has attempted to establish that varies according. As a result; optimistic life orientation and communication skills of nurses increases, self-confident, optimistic approach and detectors with an increase in social support, self-incriminating and submissive approaches was decreased. In addition, high levels of stress in nurses and consequently their likelihood of developing disease is quite high, it was concluded. Key Words : Health, Health Care Workers, Stress, Communication.
