Abstract (EN)
The civil war that took place in Syria caused mass influxes towards Turkey. Health is one of the basic needs in terms of protection of both these masses and other people in the country, while health services are an aspect of it. This study aims to address the legal and practical aspects of access to health services by those who come to Turkey with those mass influxes. The criterion leading to this effort is the right to health.
