Abstract (EN)
In an era where competition is fierce in market conditions, to offer to the market in a given copy of the same goods or services received a mandatory state. This situation reveals the quality requirements and in recent years to be conducted in a more robust way of quality brought the institutional structure of staff working in employee satisfaction agenda. Since 2002, starting in health transformation program used in the performance calculations in the framework of the employee satisfaction survey is based. Reveal the level of employee satisfaction and health workers need to assess. Master reply thesis on responses to questions related to employee satisfaction of 150 health care workers prepared in Diyarbakir in this study Obstetrics and prepared for the purpose of determining the employee satisfaction levels of Children's Hospital of health workers dealing with employee satisfaction were investigated. The Ministry of Health has asked the employee satisfaction survey questionnaire, including a total of 20 participants in four demographic questions. Survey responses were obtained by installing the PASW Statistics 18 program results. Key Words : Health Care Quality, Health Personnel,Maternity and Child Health Hospital
