Abstract (EN)

Today, the impact of technology in the healthcare sector is rapidly increasing, and this situation paves the way for the continuous integration of new digital applications into the sector. One of these applications, the Health Services Audit and Monitoring System (Den-Iz), stands out as an important technological innovation that enables digitalization in the auditing process of healthcare services. With this study, it was aimed to determine how the Den-Iz System, which was developed to support digital audit processes in healthcare services, is perceived by users, as well as the level of acceptance and the tendency to use it within the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). For this purpose, a questionnaire was administered to the audit staff working in the Provincial Monitoring, Evaluation, and Audit Units within the Provincial Health Directorates across Turkey. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 21 and AMOS 24 software packages. As a result of the research, it was determined that the implementation of the Den-Iz system was generally positively received by users and was adopted as an effective digital tool in professional processes. The ease of use of the system, the benefits it provides, its ability to create a positive attitude, and the high intention of future use were noteworthy. These results demonstrate that the Den-Iz system has strong potential for users in terms of both individual satisfaction and institutional sustainability. Finally, in the analyses conducted according to demographic variables, a statistically significant difference was found between gender and perceived usefulness. Significant differences were also determined between training on the Den-Iz System and both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. It was identified that as participants' level of knowledge regarding information technology products increased, their levels of both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness also increased. Similarly, it was observed that participants who closely followed technological developments had higher perceptions of ease of use and usefulness compared to those who did not.
