The effects of motivation on personnel efficiency in health care(Denizli Servergazi State Hospital example)

The main factor in creating a healthy society is to educate individuals and employees who have the power to overcome the difficulties they face. The fact that the methods of motivation and work efficiency are not known reflects the productivity of the employees. As a requirement of the healthcare professionals' work, it is important to help both motivated and motivated patients and their impact on staff productivity. This situation is motivated by the health personnel working in a motivated way and it provides a high level of performance. Because human life is very valuable and the error may not be compensated. For this purpose, it is of great importance that the health personnel working with self-sacrifice are primarily in the place of their physical and mental health, and in terms of the provision and quality of the health service to be given. The aim of this study is to determine the factors that cause motivation in health workers, to examine the effects of these factors on productivity, to increase the productivity of the employees, and to determine the motivation practices in order to increase the employees' low job performance. Field work and research results of Denizli Servergazi State Hospital employees and solutions for these results are presented.
