The effect of innovation culture on organizational innovation activity in health care facilities: The case of public hospitals in Istanbul

Innovationis an indispensable element in health care businesses, where the building block of societies is addressed to the human, life and quality of life. Organization, organizational culture, innovation culture and organizational innovation factors are effective in the realization of innovation. This study aims at the impact of innovation culture on organizational innovation effectiveness.Forthis purpose, a survey was conducted at two public hospitals operating in Istanbul province. In the study, theoretical knowledge was given by scanning the field literature. Then the survey method was used as a data collection tool in the application section.281 health care workers working in two different public hospitals participated in the study. Organizational innovation sub-dimensions with a component of a culture of innovation, innovation practices, organizational commitment, organizational learning, innovation, trend, value orientation, innovation potential, there is a significant relationship between two variables correlation analysis for the relationship between orientation Sunday it has been found that. Regression analysis showed that innovation practices, organizational participation and innovation potential sub-dimensions directly and positively affect organizational innovation. The study concluded that the culture of innovation had an impact on organizational innovation effectiveness.
