The effect of creativity characteristics of managers in health firms over their abilities for solving problem

In today's business world which is becoming more complex with the effects of technological improvements and the changes in organizational structures, especially in the service companies in order to survive in competition it is very important for the managers to have high creativity levels and in addition to that they should be able to use these characteristics for solving problems. In health firms which can be defined as the field with the most intensive competition in service sector solution oriented activities supported with innovative approaches play a key role in the success of both managers and the companies. In this research the effect of creativity characteristics of managers in health firms over their abilities for solving problem is investigated.
