Abstract (EN)
The primary purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the antecedents associated with safety (safety management commitment, social support, fast job pressure, safety knowledge, and safety motivation) on health personnel's safety participation and safety compliance. The data of this study were collected from 376 personnel working in Training and Research Hospital by face-to-face survey method. The questions consist of a 5-point Likert scale. The survey data were analyzed with SPSS 26 and Smart PLS 4 programs. Explanatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression and difference analyses, and structural equation modeling were used in the study. A total of 7 main hypotheses were formed. According to the results of the analyses, social support, safety motivation, safety knowledge, and safety compliance factors have a statistically significant effect on the safety participation variable. Since the results of this study determine the degree of factors affecting safety participation, both organizational managers and health policymakers can benefit from these data in the evidence-based decision-making process. Keywords: Fast Job Pressure, Safety Management Commitment, Safety Motivation and Safety Knowledge, Safety Participation and Safety Compliance, Social Support
