Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the demographic and general characteristics of health ssector workers in terms of organizational blindness and to reveal the relationship between them. While evaluating the research data, firstly the frequency and percentage distribution information were given for the demographic and general information questions in the questionnaire and then for the questions in the organizational blindness scale. Explanatory factor analysis (EFA) was applied to the questionnaire. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk normal distribution test, which is included in the SPSS program, was performed on the dimensions obtained from the EFA. As a result of these tests, since the dimensions of the substances obtained from the scales were not normal distribution, non-parametric methods that did not require normal distribution were used in the analyzes. In the group difference analysis, instead of the t test for the two groups, the non-parametric equivalent Mann-Whitney-U test which is suitable for the double group was used. Kruskal-Wallis test was applied for more than two groups. In determining the source of significant differences, mean rank values were examined. Kendall's tau-b relationship analysis was used instead of Pearson relationship analysis because the normal distribution was not provided to determine the relationships. In addition, a regression model was analyzed to determine the relationships. Solutions were performed under the Newey-West algorithm to provide the assumptions of the smallest squares in the regression model. As a result of the research, no significant difference was obtained according to the gender and age of the participants. A significant difference was obtained with the level of education, the total working time in the profession and the total working time in the institution where currently working. It has been concluded that the level of blindness decreases as the Education level, the time in the profession and the institution increase.
