Abstract (EN)

Stress comes out as a conception which reduces the effectiveness and that affects negatively the productivity of an individual. Stress is defined as a condition including the interaction between individuals and their vicinity; that occurs threating physical and mental health of organism or power which shapes the attitudes and behaviors of an individual. On the other hand, health care workers also have to work under stress. Specifically, factors such as long-term working hours, insufficient staff and lack of income create a severe effect of stress on employees and that case significantly decreases their productivity. This study is aimed to determine the conception of organizational stress and its symptoms and effects seen on individuals and the organizations. The issue of stress management has been examined benefiting from variety of sources. In our study, the views of health care workers have been analyzed and the results also have been evaluated in the conclusion. Key Words : Stress Stress Management, Health
