Abstract (EN)

This study examines the relationship between job satisfaction and organisational silence levels of health sector employees working in various health institutions in Istanbul. The study revealed a positive and moderate relationship between job satisfaction and organisational silence (r=0.280, p<0.001). This finding shows that job satisfaction of healthcare workers is closely related to organisational silence. No significant difference was observed in job satisfaction levels in terms of demographic variables such as gender and job type. The research findings provide important feedback for managers and policy makers in healthcare institutions and emphasise the need to develop strategies to increase job satisfaction and reduce organisational silence.
