Based on the new competition, organizations are obliged to change their traditional management concept for protect their sustainability and improve their profitability. Because of the traditional management concept is inefficient, a new long term and well-rounded strategic management is preferred by the organizations. Both strategic management and strategic leadership, which is one of the most important key factors of the strategic management, are the main concept of health establishments that protect their progression and improve their service quality.
