Abstract (EN)

Health tourism development in the world, showing the last twenty years, has emerged as an alternative to tourism. Alternative tourism in very quickly developing health tourism is an important tool to increase the number of enterprises gain serving in this field. In this sense, marketing objectives set out in the health services is very diverse. Health care is the main objective of determining the demands of the target receiver fully and accurately and underlying needs and demands at the highest level to meet the demand by customers / patients to please. In this research, Turkey (Gaziantep) and Jordan (Amman), health services, offering public and private hospitals in executive marketing information systems for perception and in this country health care area of the patients' perceptions about the hospital were examined using the survey technique. According to the data of managers between the two countries, there is no difference in the perception of marketing information system. However, patients in these countries; general services related to hospitals, health care and they have been found to have different perceptions in terms of patient satisfaction.
