The performance management in the health sector and the evaluation of primary care physicians performances

As the industrialization grows, new job opportunities and technologies begin to progress. Accorddingly, the most important point is the performance and quality in increasing competition environment. The extension way of productivity is possible by kooping up the quality and performance. This case proves itself in the field of health. While the wish of qualified life raises demands of people, it brings about some difficulties to health workers. Our research includes in both the performance matters which health workers and primary care physicians experience since they are so close to public and the Family Medicine System in Turkey. The aim of our research is to state the hardships that primary care physicians experience, by adapting concepts called performance and management of performance. And additionally to analyze the Family Medicine System between Turkey and the rest of the World.
