Abstract (EN)

The using of time and time pressure are one of the important elements that cause to stress in work life. Based on that, it is possible that cause to burnout of reflective of stress when the time cannot be used effectively in the work-life. Especially people may be having exhaustion depending upon using of time in the health sector where the elements create stress intensively. At this work, the purpose is research to the direction of the time and burnout of the health sector. Associated with improving the industry, science and technology, time and time management becomes important. That is the inevitable situation that people feels inadequate, tired and exhaustion when the direction of time cannot be directed felicitously. Both notions are crucial. The time management has a lasting impression in precaution against exhaustion. Especially, in the health sector, for reducing the negative effect of the burnout of people who are working in the health sector, it is considered that prioritization to time management. In the exploration part of that work that researched of that correlation between time management and burnout, the sample was compromised of 107 health care workers (71 women and 36 men) who are working at a private hospital. Data were gathered by a questionnaire composed of burnout and time management scales. The findings reveal that that time management negatively predicts burnout level of health care workers.
