Abstract (EN)

The concept of health can be defined as a person's physical, mental and social well-being. Population has changed worldwide with globalization. Then, that caused a change in the demand for health services. A new market has emerged in this area where health technologies are used more and more every day. The increase of demand in health has also mobilized states so, many countries have had to develop new policies to meet the increasing demand. Turkey has also made important changes in the health sector in line with this change happening around the world. The quality of employment has increased in line with global trends. Also, the pattern of employment has changed. Health technologies have been used more so this situation affected employment both positively and negatively. The aging of the population, the increasing need for health and the widespread use of health technologies have caused health staff shortage in Turkey. Health sector in Turkey has been evaluated in the concept of employment , changes occurred in the year have been explained with the official data in this research.
