Özet (EN)
The aim of this study is to develop an augmented reality supported mobile application, to investigate the usability of this application and the students' views on this application. In the study, qualitative and quantitative research methods were used to investigate the effectiveness of mobile augmented reality application on students. The study group consists of 30 primary and secondary school students. In this context, the usability of mobile augmented reality application student opinions were examined. Thematic analysis was carried out with the information obtained from the interviews with the students. After the descriptive analysis of the usability scale, the differences by gender were analyzed with Mann-Whitney U test. In line with the data obtained as a result of the study, a significant difference was observed between boys and girls in the usability scale. As a result of these findings, suggestions were presented to researchers for future studies about the issues and deficiencies in the education given to primary and secondary school students using augmented reality technology.
