During the evaluation of the results several statistical methods and techniques like percentages, t tests, variance analysis, post hoc Tukey test, have been used. Statistical processes have been done by using SPSS 20 software. Health, health services and healthy life style have been analyzed during the theoretical part of the research. A multi-dimentional analysis has been done for the subjects of health and health services. Healthy life style behaviors have been stated together with its components; nutrition, spirituality, interpersonal support, responsibility of health, physical activity and stress management have been analyzed in detail. According to the survey results, two doctors out of every ten doctors smoke, and one doctor out of every ten doctors use alcohol. Male doctors have more points in spiritual aspects whereas female doctors have more points in the aspects of interpersonal relationships according to the sub-dimentions of the Evaluation Criterion of Healty Life Style. The values for nutrition, personal health responsibility, stress management are close to each other among the male and female doctors. Male doctors have more points rather than female doctors, in terms of physical activity. This could be explained such that the male doctors are able to spare the time for physical activity, whereas female doctors spare the time for children and household duties, out of their work time. The lowest total value of the criterion has appeared in the physical activity dimension. The reasons of this should be determined and the measures need to be taken. The highest total value of the criterion has been obtained in the spirituality. This result shows that both the male and the female doctors have an approach of health having conscious and personal unity. Key Words : The healthy life style behaviors, health promotion, doctors
