It has been tried to identify the sensations and expectations of science; sensations and expectations of Science/ Science and Technology teachers (that) work in Sakarya in this scientific qualified research.. The sensations and expectations of Science/ Science and Technology teachers have been searched according to; a- To the cognitive qualification and neutrality of the people who participated to this performance evaluation, b- To whose knowledge we will apply to in this performance evaluation, c- Science and technology teachers' perceptions and hopes about participants that how their knowledge will effect the performance evalution have been researched . The survey has three parts.In first part, the material and method has been researched. In second part, theorical information has been researched. At last part the information ( we had in this survey) has been commented on; results and suggestions have been made clear. We have carried out this four part survey in this study in Sakarya, Centre of Adapazarı and Sapanca to 80 science and technology teacher from different 50 primary education schools.
