Abstract (EN)
Events which take place in a İ İİ began to publish once a year in Ottoman Empire with the name of -i Devlet-, after the İ public administration, the names of exucite team , high-ranking official and the homeland. After publication of ler kinds of names. The first one which is not offical was published by Ali Suavi in H.1288 (M.1871) in Paris.
