Abstract (EN)
Art education is an effective way for the individual to develop multi-dimensionally, have a wide worldview and reach a creative personality. Another issue that is as important as the subject of art education is the quality of the environment and materials used while giving art education. The materials used in art education should adapt to the changes and developments shaped by the conditions of the day. In today's technology, where the concept of time and space is no longer a problem, it is thought that the efficiency of mobile learning has increased significantly. In these devices, which people can access instantly, they can both complete their daily work and spend time in line with their own wishes. With mobile devices, distance education can now be provided without being tied to any place or time. In this direction, a literature review was conducted in accordance with the standards of developing technology and changing teaching materials. In today's world, where education-supported mobile applications are increasing rapidly, the issue of teaching art education through mobile devices has been evaluated and, in this direction, the issue of designing a mobile game for art education has been emphasized
