Abstract (EN)

Two of the living representatives of Abdals who live in Kırşehir region, which is located in Central Anatolia Region that has one of the most important cultural features of Anatolian geography, Muharrem Ertaş and his son Neşet Ertaş have had countless contributions to this culture and the cultural life of their time. In this study, in spite of having and carrying on the same culture, the differences of the two master artists who are colleagues apart from being father and son, are presented in terms of their performance technique. As a result of the research and analysis carried out about two artists; it is found that they are different in terms of their "Tuning Scheme", "Tone Structure", "String Features", "Tekne Structures", "Orchestra Techniques", "Plectrum Techniques", "Finger Techniques", "Audience", "Artist Identities", "Note Executions", "Final Note Features" and "Effects of Time and Technological Opportunities" and these differences are manifested.
