Abstract (EN)

Child is very important in our community like being in other communities. There are different opinions about child concept. Persons who are under a determined age limit are accepted as child in law.Crime is an universal and general event. It will continue to be every time. Crime is the contradictory act of person that is contrary to the community rules.The reasons of ?juvenile delinquency are physical and psychological changes, genetic heritage, intelligence, wrong education, insufficient love and tenderness. Also many different factors and reasons can be added to these. As a result of these reasons, many different crimes are committed by children.It fixed that children commit more than old age in this thesis. In addition to this, the children?s families immigrated and have bad economic level. The children who it was child crime have much more criminal friends. However, not only participants who filled survey but also their parents have low education.The duty of our community is considering education important and trying to eliminate the reasons which cause crime. So we can be a healthy community.Key Words: Child, Crime and Juvenile Delinquency
