Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to examine Sara Şahinkanat's illustrated children's books in terms of formal, content and illustration features. The research has been done by using document review method. Sara Şahinkanat's 8 illustrated children's books constitute the study group of the research. Sara Şahinkanat's illustrated children's books which constitute the study group of the research are analyzed in four section including impressum information, formal features, content features and illustration features that according to the "Book Review Form" used. The frequency analysis of the data obtained in the study was made and the analyzes made were interpreted. As a result of the research, it was determined that Sara Şahinkanat's illustrated children's books are qualified in terms of form, content and illustration features, and these books can contribute to the social, emotional and linguistic development of children.
