Abstract (EN)

In today's increasingly competitive conditions, firms are continuously trying to develop sales organizations they use to reach customers in order to gain a competitive edge. Firms need to determine their sales objectives first in sales force management. After the sales objectives are determined, it is necessary to decide on the sales force size and strategy, the sales force representation and sales organization structure in line with the criteria determined in connection with the sales purposes. The efficiency of the sales force is largely related to how the sales force is structured. Firms need to decide the best sales force structure in order to reach the customers in the direction of sales purpose and sales strategies. In this research; it was aimed to determine the satisfaction level of the company employees who are among the sales enterprises and the study has been carried out for this purpose. The universe of the research is the year 2018 Fırat Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş. employees within the company. Complete inventory sampling technique is used in Tunceli, Bingöl, Elazığ and Malatya provinces. Firat Elektrik Perakendes Satış A.Ş. employees were all selected The questionnaire form was sent to 93 employees and returned from 91. The evaluation of the validity of the obtained questionnaires did not reveal the questionnaire that led to the loss of data, and the sample of the final study consisted of 91 employees. In the end of the analysis, it was found out that there was a relationship between satisfaction of employee and the factors effecting this level.
