Abstract (EN)
Having a strong defense power is an important strategic element for our country is located in the center point of the region is consisting of The Middle East, The Balkan Peninsula and Caucasia. The defense industry requires an advanced technology and high investment cost. For the economic reasons, most of defense systems are supplied from foreign suppliers, and dependent upon foreign supplies for spare parts. This situation is getting a probability of defense weakness on during war, crisis or only conflict. Therefore having national defense systems is important. First step for doing this is increasing of using domestic resources for spare parts supplying for defense systems.On this study, the global model of increasing of using domestic resources is used by Turkish Navy is analyzed with supplier oriented marketing perspective. A research model is developed with adding marketing?promotion mix. The research model applied on 6.Supplies Exhibition and the model?s results are controlled with a sample survey.The ascertaining of domestic resources for spare parts supplying requires that; increasing of joining of domestic suppliers to supplies exhibitions, establishing exhibitions on industry environment, considering suppliers facilities on spare parts elimination process, application of marketing?promotion mix on the whole research period and giving personally one on one care to domestic suppliers.
