Heavy metals occur as a by-product of industrial development. These heavy metals directly or predominantly threaten organisms in aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. Sometimes they cause death groups of living things. Lead is used for many industrial purposes around the world. Lead is one of the first toxic metals that comes to mind in relation to environmental pollution. Lead organisms can cause dangerous effects on aquatic organisms, such as metal effects. These children may be exposed to lead death by means of the food chain. In order to better examine the various properties of heavy metals such as lead to aquatic organisms, regarding the uptake, storage, preservation and disposal of this element; Biological, chemical and chemical periods must be stored. In addition to industrial development, the increase in temperature caused by global warming and climate change threatens aquatic life. With temperature change, aquatic organisms are exposed to heat stress. The effects of this lead, nitrate and temperature increase on the aquatic organism zebrafish were evaluated. In the study; 5 groups as control (20 °C), lead nitrate applied group (20 °C), lead nitrate applied group (25 °C), lead nitrate applied group (30 °C) and lead nitrate applied group (35 °C). There are 16 animals in each group. At the end of this development, which lasted for 5 days, oxidative stress parameters (SOD, GR, CAT, GPx, GST enzyme processes and MDA levels) and spectrophotometric regions of acetylcholinesterase components were analyzed in order to determine their cytotoxic effects. As a result of the exposure of these zebrafish to lead and the increase in temperature, a decrease was observed in the enzyme activities of diza, SOD, CAT, GPx, GST and AChE in MDA.
