Determining The IL-1a, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-a Levels The in Blood of Rats 4 days After a Spinal Cord Trauma, and The Differences on The Spinal CordBackground: Spinal cord injury is a primer medical problem which limits daily activities and effects life quality spinal cord injury the metabolic and biochemical processes like Ca increase, eksitator amino acid and free oxygen radical relasing lead to secondary injury. In these processes chemical ajents like TNF-?, IL-1?, IL-6 and IL-8 laid off and exist in traumatic tissue, BOS and blood. The purpose of farmakolojik treatment of acute cord injury is to prevent secondery injury. Because of the reasen we investigated TNF-?, IL-1?, IL-6 and IL-8 blood levels which can help to follow treatment process.Method and materials: The exsperimental spinal cord injury model was applied on 70 female 280-310 gr. Weighted rats in Çukurova Üniversity Medicine faculty between the dutes june 2007 and october 2007. The rats diveded in four groups and underwent torocal 2-7 segments laminektomy . Exposed by Yaşargil anevrisym clips and TNF-?, IL-1?, IL-6 and IL-8 levels changings and cord histopatologic changings were investigated. The datas were analysis in SPSS 15 program. All groups were evaluated according to time by one-way-anova.Results: In laminectomy and experimental spinal cord injury models TNF-?, IL-1?, IL-6 and IL-8 levels in serumwere increased,The rise in serum levels were different assosiated to injury time and severity.Conclusion: In traumatic cord injury TNF-? levels were significantly high assosiated to injury time and severity according to control levels.However we display only IL-8 and mildly TNF-? can lead in practice.Keywords: Interleukin-1a, Interleukin-6, Interleukin-8,Spinal cord injury, Tumor necrosis factor-a.
