Companies with an aviation focus are constantly looking for new, creative methods to improve the industry's passenger experience and operational effectiveness. Additionally, information is gathered through survey questionnaires from passengers using various airlines who use Turkish airports. Purposive sampling is used in this study, which has a sample size of 455. Different statistical methods, including regression, correlation, and descriptive statistics, are used to analyze the data.
