Abstract (EN)
It is impossible to ignore the existence of a long history of rich diversity that Turks follow in order to establish law and state institutions. The impact of political statements on the states in each period of writing has always been one of the subjects that attract attention with regard to their subjects, positions, objectives and presentations. In this context, the name of the med Turkish Law Concept in the Light of the Selçuk Period Political Poems İm thesis, the main works of the period of Mâverdî ''el-Ahkâmü's-sultâniyye'', İmam-ı Gazali '' Nasihatül-Mülūk'', Necmeddîn-i Dâye ''Mirsadü'l İbad Mine'l-Mebde İle'l-Me'ad'', Ahmed b. Sa'd b. Mehdi b. Abdi's-Samed el-Osmani ez-Zencânî ''El-Letâifü'l-Alâiyye fi'l-Fedâili's-Seniyye'' Nizâmü'l-Mülk ''Siyâsetnâme'', Keykâvus b. İskender '' Ķābusnâme'' ve Yûsuf Has Hâcib ''Kutadgu Bilig '' scrutinized, especially works from, positive contributions as well as today, examining the works created by local and foreign researchers, which is closely related to this topic has tried to put forward in this investigation.
