The subject of this thesis is the investigation and study of an important message in the science of jurisprudence and its origins by a well-versed scholar of the later Hanafi scholars and jurists, who put in writing in various sciences, but he did not get his right of fame to benefit from it and with his knowledge the students of science, that is Abu Abdullah Shams al-Din Muhammad ibn Muhammad ibn Bilal al-Aini. Al-Hanafi, who died in the year nine hundred and fifty-seven of the honorable Prophet's migration, and who drew my attention to this distinguished scholar with his kind message in favoring the doctrine of the Hanafi masters and responding to Al-Baydawi in his interpretation, when he preferred the Shafi'i doctrine in many jurisprudential and fundamental issues. I investigated this thesis in a precise scientific investigation, and studied it briefly in the light of the scientific data that I extracted from the text, and I relied in the investigation a lot of sources and references, foremost of which are Hanafi jurisprudence books, books of translations, definitions, interpretation and hadith, and some books of Shafi'i jurisprudence, and comparative jurisprudence. Perhaps one of the most prominent difficulties that I faced in the investigation was the lack of a second copy of the manuscript that would enable me to interview the text, adjust it and extract it as its author, may God Almighty have mercy on him, wanted it to be! But by the grace of God Almighty, I was able to overcome this obstacle through careful, careful and careful reading of the text of the manuscript, and comparing it with the interpretation of al-Baydawi and its texts, and the Hanafi jurisprudence books that reported most of the issues mentioned by the author.
