Özet (EN)

The increasing demand for energy, coupled with the inability of current energy sources to meet this demand, has significantly heightened interest in energy efficiency. In this context, Synchronous Reluctance Motors (SynRM) have emerged as efficient electrical machines in industrial applications, leveraging the principle of reluctance torque to produce mechanical energy. In this thesis, the mathematical equations governing the Synchronous Reluctance Motor were derived, and a closed-loop model was developed in the MATLAB Simulink environment. This model provided a detailed examination of the motor's speed, torque, and current dynamics. Furthermore, within the closed-loop control structure, the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) technique was utilized to achieve precise motor control. This method is grounded in the mathematical foundations of Vector Control techniques to ensure efficient speed and current regulation. The SVPWM algorithm was digitally modeled and adapted according to the vector control equations to optimize the motor's performance. This study focuses on analyzing the dynamic control performance of SynRMs with the aim of enhancing energy efficiency and developing advanced control strategies.
