Özet (EN)

In this study, sol-gel-modified electrodes were prepared by using sol-gel coating solutions containing various silane compounds. The effects of drying period, drying temperature and composition of coating solutions on the adhesive properties of films were systematically examined and optimized. The sensor characteristics of the prepared sol-gel modified electrodes for H2O2 and dopamine were checked. The experimental parameters affecting sensor response such as sol-gel composition, film thickness, potential, electrolyte type and concentration were systematically investigated and optimized. It was seen that the sol-gel modified electrodes could be used as H2O2 and dopamine sensor. Moreover, sol-gel/enzyme electrodes were prepared by immobilizing glucose oxidase in the sol-gel matrices. The effects of factors such as film thickness, enzyme amount, potential, pH, interference on the amperometric response of the sol-gel/enzyme electrodes were examined and optimized. The amperometric sensor characteristics (sensitivity, linearity, selectivity, response time and stability) for the optimal enzyme electrodes were determined. It was observed that the obtaining findings for the enzyme electrodes were satisfactory. As a result, it has been claimed that the mentioned sol-gel coatings could be used as an alternative membrane in the sensor design.
