Abstract (EN)

The use of addictive substances is one of the most important health problems that threaten public health in the world andespecially in our country. In recent years, there has been an increase in the use of drugs and stimulants. In the last few years, the fight against drug use and distribution of addictive substances has been carried out in our country. Among the reasons for the rising rates of addictive substance use in the society; increased is shows sales of new, inexpensive, easily accessible, barely identifiable banned substances. In olsa particular, there is an increase in the use of synthetic cannabinoid substances. The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a difference between synthetic cannabinoid analyzes between two different methods used in drug analysis in our laboratory. Both methods, LC-MS/MS (liquid chromatography, mass spectrophotometer) and enzyme immunoassay analyzing methods, are now safe and sensitive methods used in drug and drug analysis. In this thesis, the safety and sensitivity of the two methods will be compared through the analysis to be performed by both methods. Key words: Bonsai, Drug, Enzyme immunoassay, LC-MS/MS, Synthetic cannabinoid,
