Abstract (EN)
The rights given to women in the historical process and religions and the rights given to women by the law of Mar'i will be examined. While it has been discussed whether the soul of women exists in the historical process, Islam gave women their fundamental rights and freedoms. Today, especially in Western societies, anti-women traditions and customs are shown as a part of Islam. However, the rights given to women by the Quran 14 centuries ago and the rights given to women by the current legal system go in the same direction. With this study, the rights given to women by Islamic Law and Subordinate Law will be compared and it will be proved that the rights given to women were allocated until Islam came.
