Yıldız DAŞGAN This study was carried out in two stages. First experiment in pot culture different mycorrhyza species {Glomus mosseae, G.caledonium, G.etunicatum, G.clarum and their mixture equal amount of spore Coktail mycorrhyza) with different amount of spore (0, 1000, 2000 ve 3000 spores/plant) in cucumber Seraset Fi cultivar was tested. It was determined that Glomus etunicatum with 2000 spores/plant was the best mycorrhyza species for cucumber. Second experiments was conducted using G.etunicatum mycorrhiza species with 2000 spores/plant was used at three stages, in sowing seeds (MT), in planting seedlings (MF) and half of spores in sowing seeds and other half of spores planting seedlings (MT+F) compare with nonmycorrhyzal control (M0) plants and with 4 different nitrogen (0, 100, 200, 300 kg/ha) and phosphorus doses (0, 10Ö, 200, 300 kg/ha). Two greenhouse experiment was done in autumn and spring terms. Under greenhouse conditions in autumn productions the best results were found from high doses of nitrogen and phosphorus and in MT+F time of mycorrhyza application. In spring time experiment the best results were found in low N and P doses with MT+F inoculation treatments. Key Words: Cucumber, mycorrhyza, amount of spores, nitrogen and phosphorus II
